Austintown Superintendent’s
Advisory Council (ASAC) Minutes
Business Advisory Council

Dear Falcon Nation,

It is with great anticipation and excitement that I welcome you to another school year. I hope everyone enjoyed a
much deserved break and those students who participated in our summer programs on campus took advantage of the enrichment provided.

We have been hard at work over the summer preparing for another great year of learning! This year you will notice that our self contained STEM program has expanded to sixth grade, giving our students the opportunity to be exposed even earlier to a project-based learning curriculum.

I thank our board of education, community, staff, and students for supporting our district and constantly working to make it better. I look forward to another year of teamwork and student success.

Vincent Colaluca, Superintendent
