
In recognition of a commitment to quality and an ongoing dedication to the learning and development of children, the Austintown Falcon Fives Pre-K Program has received a Five-Star Step Up To Quality Award from the state of Ohio.
This rating means that the Falcon Fives Pre-K Program engages in the highest quality education for all preschool students and their families.
In order to earn the five star rating, programs must meet all standards of a four-star rating. The Falcon Fives Pre-K Program has met all required standards and exceeded them in the following areas:

The program has a lower staff/child ratio.

The program administrator and teachers have higher educational qualifications.

Teachers develop lesson plans that support each child’s growth. They also share assessment results with families to create goals for their children.

The Falcon Fives Pre-K students leave us Kindergarten ready!

Falcon Fives Pre-K Program values and works with various organizations and businesses within the community, to support children and their families. They also have an active and organized parent volunteer group.

The Falcon Fives Pre-K Program garners input from families and community partners’ to inform the program’s continuous improvement process.

It is important to us that children develop their self-confidence, social and emotional skills, and a love of learning.”
