Open Enrollment OUT to another District (e.g., Resident student, but attends Jackson-Milton, Weathersfield etc.)
 
Please complete the Registration Packet (can be picked up at Registration Office or downloaded), include birth certificate and proof of residency.  No appointment is necessary. Drop off information and your student will be registered in Austintown but shown as attending another district.

(Must be signed by parent/guardian and sent to the previous school in order for records to be sent to us.)
