PARENT PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS


Login format:
Username = jane.smith <-- that's jane dot smith no spaces. Student first and last name please.
Password will be student date of birth = 01012014 (2 digit months 2 digit days and 4 digit years)

Once you are logged in, use following steps:
1. Click on "Work with Students"
2. Click on "View my Students" (You should see all children linked by Family ID)
3. Click on students name to view route information
4. Click on "Show Basic Information" to view current phone numbers and busing start date if after the first day of school

Track your child's bus by downloading "Versatrans My Stop App"

(available for download on iPhone or Android phone)

This app provides parents/guardians with an estimated time of arrival to the assigned bus stop and provides GPS to view the current location of the bus. Please note that there may be a delay so always have student out 5 minutes before bus arrival time. This will not show bus stop information. Use the link above for that information.
