Open Enrollment (Non-Austintown Residents)

Please be aware that Open Enrollment students are NOT eligible for district transportation.   Current Open Enrollment Students
For the 2024-2025 school year, all currently enrolled Open Enrollment students must have a completed INTENT TO RETURN online form to maintain their enrollment.  Click here to complete the Intent to Return by April 19, 2024.

NEW Open Enrollment Students

Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year is OPENED.

This application must be completed by May 17, 2024. Open Enrollment will close before the first day of school.  At that time, no further open enrollment applications will be accepted for the 2024-2025 school year.  You will be notified by mail over the summer with both acceptance and denial information.

*Week of June 19 , 2024	Notification letters, both accepted and denied, will be mailed out.

Open Enrollment OUT to another District (e.g., Resident student, but attends Jackson-Milton, Weathersfield etc.)

Please complete the Registration form (can be picked up at Registration Office or downloaded from our website), include birth certificate and proof of residency.  No appointment is necessary.  Drop off information and your student will be registered in Austintown but shown as attending another district.
